Reflection 9/14

Hey blog today in class we analyzed a poem. The poem was called Birches by Robert Frost. We found the meaning of the  poem, figurative language, and the theme. To do this we broke it down every few stanzas. In the poem they talked about how the birch tree reminded the speaker of their childhood.  The speaker felt their life had no purpose.

Reflection 8/10

Hey blog today was quite busy for me. I started  the day off a little late due to an orthodontist appointment #powerchains. I got to school around the middle of second period and the day just went on from there . During fourth period we did a diagnostic test. We also learned how to do the process of elimination. We learned that the are two absolutely wrong answers, one answer  that is somewhat right , and then there is the best answer.

Hey blog today I went on the field trip and had a great time. While on the field trip we ate good, met new people and learned some things. I also think this trip was to help us get a lay of the land for when we come back for competition. I think tomorrow will be fun because we have workshops.

Reflection 8/18

Hey blog today’s class started off ad but ended well enough. During class we didn’t a group activity about a poem. Although our poem felt relatively short and simple when we dug deep and when I did a little more research we got a better understanding of what they spoke about in it and why they talked how they did. I am confident that the class as a whole especially my group did well.
